"I can honestly say I have never had a better experience when it comes to insurance! Spencer took the time to listen to my situation and what I felt I needed and when I say listen, he really did. Really listen. Didn't talk over the top of me or try to push anything on me. He thoroughly explained things that I had no idea about. No one had ever taken the time to explain how liability really works. I feel like he truly took the time to get to know me like an insurance agent should. "Got a quote online and it makes you click all those boxes about being ok with being contacted, so I expected the annoying emails and calls. I shop insurance every 6 months for 2 cars in 2 states. So I get about 10 quotes from 5 companies every 6 months. Im used to it, I just politely ask to not be contacted again unless I reach out and have always received a simple- "no problem good luck in your insurance hunt" or " ok we are here if ya need anything else". Whittney wrote me an email this morning with some quotes in it, and I politely asked not to be contacted again unless I reached out to them. To which she responded- why would you ask for a quote if you didnt want us to reach out? Couple things- 1. You gave me the quotes I already had from the website, I didnt need you to send them to me again. If I wanted to move forward I would have. I get it, you do sales, follow ups are important part of the job. So I respect that and always respond with straight forward answer so you dont have to waste any more of either of our times. 2. You sent me the quotes, and I responded and asked not to be contacted again unless I reached out first and thanked you for your understanding (a little premature since you clearly didnt understand). Again take a hint- im either not interested or maybe I am and just wanted time to compare quotes and didnt want you guys hounding me until I made my decision. 3. When a customer politely asks you to stop contacting them- you should probably respect that. Good luck Whittney. Im sure with a little more customer service training you'll start to see those number rise. Wish ya the best."

I’ve spoken with Whittney about this, and I believe her question was sincere, as she typically discusses these quotes with most people who contact our office. Since we received a brief response—when we usually see more engagement from such requests—she aimed to keep the conversation concise to better understand why you preferred not to talk further. Our team dedicates significant time and resources to this process, and we recognize that our customers and potential customers do the same. I truly appreciate you sharing how this made you feel. We are continually working to improve our process and customer experience, and your feedback will help us do just that.
