Welcome to the Spencer Hall Insurance Agency, Inc., conveniently located in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

My journey with State Farm began in 2016, and I can honestly say that I'm deeply passionate about what I do. Every day, I have the privilege of assisting our valued customers with various facets of their financial well-being, whether it's addressing the aftermath of car accidents, the devastation of house fires, or helping them save for their children's college education and secure their long-term future.

Being a new parent as of 2024, I understand the challenges that face parents financially and the security that many of us seek for our families. Being an agent has helped me make meaningful connections with parents when discussing the financial concerns of their families and the future.

My connection to Oregon runs deep, having been born and raised in this picturesque state. I share a profound love for the outdoors, frequently exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Columbia River Gorge with my wife and our beloved miniature Australian Shepherd. When the snow blankets Mt. Hood each winter, you'll find me eagerly hitting the slopes.

With a degree from the University of Oregon, I am a proud graduate, and I revel in the excitement of supporting my Ducks in their athletic pursuits, both on the field and the court.

Outside of my professional life, I am actively engaged in mentoring youth through our local church. It's a fulfilling role, as I have the privilege of being a role model and guide for middle and high school students here in Portland.

As a business owner, I genuinely understand the complexities of maintaining a hectic schedule. I also recognize the paramount importance of ensuring that your family is adequately protected. With nearly 20 years of experience in customer service, she has brought her love of helping people to our office. When not at work, Mackenzie can be found gardening, cooking, baking, gaming with her husband and snuggling her cats!

She has been working with State Farm since 2018 and with the Spencer Hall Insurance Agency, Inc. since 2021. Getting to meet new people daily and understand what drives them is what motivates her to help protect what is most important to them.

In her personal life her and her husband make a difference in their community by volunteering with their four-legged children. Their family enjoys taking trips to the coast where they feel at home.
